Silver Saints
The Silver Saints Ministry provides love, service and prayer for those ages 60 and above with the purpose of encouraging, strengthening, developing community and meeting physical and spiritual needs. Pastor Garlin Mizell partners with his wife Sandra to lead this ministry of 150 “silver saints”. Pastor Mizell seeks to serve members by getting involved with the federal services available to people of this age range to greatly enhance quality of life. He also spends time making hospital, home and nursing home visits.
Silver Saints meet each month, one month for food, worship, and fellowship and the alternate month they have a Health Seminar. Pastor Mizell can be reached at 293-2100 or 953-1924 (cell).
